I've experienced not stepping up to the plate because of fear of failure. But I learned to get over my fear and open myself up to my talent and potential. Now here I am and I'm very grateful for it! There are some of us who set goals…dream of being successful…getting what they want…but don’t see themselves being the type of person needed to get what they want.

We prevent ourselves from reaching our goals because we thought we are not fit to be the kind of person needed to reach our goals. Unfortunate!
