Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish and Learn from the Best
I've always believed that in order to grow and reach the next level, you must learn from the best.
You'd want to learn from the mistakes that successful people make (so you can avoid them) and also understand how they achieve the phenomenal things they do.
With that, let me leave you with a speech by Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple and Pixar Animation. Now Steve is a remarkable man who has gone through a lot of ups and downs. I am quite sure you will be able to learn much from him.
